Our policy for damaged goods requires you to advise us within 48 hours of the damage. If you send us a photograph of the item and damage, we will send you a replacement or refund your payment. There is no need for you to post it back to us.
Beyond this time, we would not be able to offer an exchange or refund.

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please don’t worry, you have 14 days from receipt to return it. Please contact us by email to arrange. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with any labels attached, these are the conditions of our policy and items returned in any other condition than this will not be refunded.
Upon receipt, providing the item is in as stated condition, we will issue a refund or exchange.
A returns slip will be included in your parcel, please complete and return with the item. If you wish to exchange, please discuss this via email and make a note of the item you wish to exchange for within the return parcel. Please notify us by email before returning your item, stating the reason for the return. Do not return without speaking to us first. Items bought in store must be returned with the receipt.
Returns will not be accepted without the original proof of purchase.

Our products are all individually chosen to bring you magical items to display in your home, a lot of them are hand made and the glass is hand blown which makes them even more special however, please bear in mind there can also be variations caused with this method of production.
Please bear this in mind before ordering or returning an item.

• Choosing products that are handmade reduces the use of energy, water and waste which helps to reduce the environmental impact.
• Most of our products are produced in the UK: this reduces the need for shipping.
